Refund Policy
Our 15-day return policy means that after receiving an item, you have 15 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and ensure it is resolved properly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example, food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without any justification.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you will automatically receive your refund within 10 business days using your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
