SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY – ZARDI VITA

This Shipping and Delivery Policy describes how orders placed on the Zardi Vita website are processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described in this policy.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

In cases of high order volume or logistical delays, processing times may be subject to changes.


2. SHIPPING TIMES

Zardi Vita ships throughout Italy.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Italy: 5–12 business days
  • European Union: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier operations, customs inspections, or circumstances beyond our control.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before order confirmation.

In some cases, Zardi Vita may offer free shipping promotions.


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the shipment.

Tracking information may take a few days to be updated by the carrier.


5. DELIVERY DELAYS

Zardi Vita is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers;
  • customs inspections;
  • weather conditions;
  • strikes;
  • periods of high demand;
  • force majeure events.

However, we will do our best to assist customers and monitor the shipment status.


6. DELIVERY ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

Zardi Vita is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Any additional costs resulting from address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.


7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If a package arrives damaged or is not delivered within the expected timeframe, the customer must contact us as soon as possible at:

We will review each case and work with the carrier to find an appropriate solution.
